Justin Allen Nelson
“Bubba”
Feb. 29, 1988 – Oct. 11, 2011
One of our life’s greatest joys has left our presence, but he will never leave our hearts. Justin will always be remembered as a fun loving, intellectual with a heart of gold. He was loved by all who knew him, and his unbelievable smile and charm made him impossible to resist. Justin loved and cared about everyone, never judging, and never denying his friendship to anyone in need. His true loves in life were his family, his friends and music. Justin’s love for music went beyond his young years, Pink Floyd’s –Shine On You Crazy Diamond- holds a new special meaning for us now. We will never know what would have been, but we will always remember the greatness of who he was, and how he has touched all of our lives.
Justin is preceded in death by his grandpa Larry Smith. Those left behind to share in his memories of laughter, sarcasm and love are his mom and dad, Greg and Jeri Nelson; sister Tosha (Lance) Coulam; grandparents Shala Smith, Judy Moore, Jack and Theresa Nelson. He will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
His family would be honored if everyone would share their stories and memories with them at a wake to be held in Justin’s honor on Monday, October 17th from 6 to 8 PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City. Please dress lively, as this will be a celebration of Justin’s life.
In lieu of flowers, service donations can be made to America First Credit Union in the account of Greg & Jeri Nelson.
Thank you all for your well wishes and support, it is truly appreciated by the family.
