Kelly Arnold Curtis
"Gone Fishin"

Kelly passed away peacefully in his sleep the morning of December 30th, 2012. He was born January 14th, 1973 to Judy H. and Allen G. Curtis in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from Granite High School and started working for Village Inn, full time off and on (more on than off).

Everyone loved Kelly. He had the unique ability to make everyone laugh and made friends with all whom met him. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved all sports especially the Dallas Cowboys. He loved going to Mesquite, Nevada to see his dad, go golfing and of course those slot machines.

He is survived by his parents Allen G. (Ronnie) Curtis, Judy H. Yribar; stepfather Paul A. Yribar; fiancée Jennifer Kubinski; brother Ben (Anna) Curtis; sisters Cristy Curtis, Nikki (Jeff) Kubinski; nieces Kylee Merrill, Paige Kubinski, Riann Monferrer; nephews Cole Kubinski and Landen Curtis.

A wake celebrating Kelly's life will be held on Friday, January 4th from 6 to 8 PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City.

In Loving Memory

I am so saddened by your loss. I jonly had the fortune of spending a few evenings with Kelly.. However in that short period of time, I loved him. He was so much fun. His light shined so brightly. He was so friendly. I really enjoyed playing bonko with him and teaching him about tarot cards. It was an honor and a priveledge to call him friend. Jen and Nikki, I am so sorry for the pain that you must all be feeling. I know how much you loved him and how much he loved you. You are allin my thoughts and prayers. I send you love and healing light in your time of darkness.

I am so sorry for your loss. I used to frequent the Village Inn a while back. I always had to talk to Kelly and I called him eye Candy. Always a nice guy. You are in my prayers.

Obviously Grant is a little rusty after being out last year and Starks has yoguner legs, but when Grant gets met in the backfield by defenders every time he carries, I have a problem blaming him for that. Same thing with Brandon Jackson last year. The run blocking was pathetic. Until it got better toward the end of the year when all of sudden Starks gets in and benefits. Jackson looked better too the few times he carried the ball later in the year. I'm not saying Starks sucks and Grant is awesome but I would like to see them both get better plays to run from and the O-line do it's job better. It is hard to judge a player when his sample of work is smaller and smaller each week.

Last year I made Italian stewed taeotoms. I use them all the time for my spaghetti. In fact I used 2 bottles tonight in my sauce. If you want help I can borrow my sisters canner and we can do it together. You'll need to buy bottles though.
