Kristie Ann Cutak, born September 26, 1963, in Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2026, at the age of 62.
Kristie spent the last 34 years in Sandy, Utah, where she built a life filled with love and warmth.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Gene Cutak; her mother, Delores Meyrick; her children, Ryan, Brant, Alex, and Braydon; and her beloved grandchildren, Junior, Erlinda, Aria, and Alya. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Meyrick.
Above all, Kristie was a loving grandmother whose heart shone brightest around her family. She had a special joy for Halloween and went above and beyond every year to make the holiday magical for everyone around her. Her generous spirit, playful energy, and deep love for her grandchildren will be remembered and missed by all who knew her.
Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 2:30 pm at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 3015 East Creek Road, Cottonwood Heights. Followed by a celebration of Kristie’s life.
