Hello John, I was so sorry to see the obituary of your daughter. We lost our oldest daughters's husband this summer to suicide after a 5 year depression so we understand the sorrow of a sudden death. I do not have words that can adequately express our sorrow for you and family. I am sorry that we have been out of touch for so many years. I was not aware that Rhonda had passed away. After my first wife, Jeanie, passed away and I married Melanie we moved to South Jordan and we now live in Herriman. I had surgery on my neck and the doctor screwed up and popped my spinal cord. I woke up from surgery as a quadriplegic. I have extensively rehabbed and can now walk (poorly but I walk) and I can use my left hand almost fully and my right one less. We feel blessed to be alive... Again, we are sorry for your loss and would like to catch up with you at some time. God bless, Ron and Melanie Stoker

John & Janene, our deepest sympathy goes out to you and family at this trying time. Melese did have the most contagious smile and sharp sense of humor... she will be sorely missed. Our heart goes out to you, Meleses brothers and sister and especially Skyleigh. If we could see past the veil, we would understand, but until then, stay strong. We love you and your family. Sincerely the Davis'

I don't know how to express my heart-ache for your family. Melese was such a good friend to me growing up. Sitting here remembering all the memories, brings tears to my eyes but I'm thankful to have them. I wish you all well in this hard time and will keep you all in my prayers. Please, please... let me know if there is anything me or my family can do to help out.

Dear Family, I only knew Malese for a short time, however, she touched my life in so many ways and I consider it a blessing to have known her. May the Lord answer your sadness with hope and comfort for the days ahead. May you feel the peace of knowing that Malese was a child of God and that His love for her transcends all things. May your sorrow be quenched with happy memories of a beautiful spirit. God bless and keep you always.

To the Lauren Meleese Class Family, My wife and I befriended Meleese at the CWC where she was seeking help, we hold spiritual groups weekly . She would attend them and talk about her confusion with religion, We do not recommend any particular church but suggest they go back to the one they were raised in but with a new attitude. The last time got to talk was Christmas day a year ago she was crying with joy and said she had established contact with her family again, which we also recommend. Your daughter, my sister in Christ had a golden soul and I am sure the will take her home. Bob and Pat

We knew Melese for a short period of time when she dated our grandson. Some awful shady things took place at the time, but we as Grandparents to our grandson loved her and my husband even gave her a blessing in the hospital. We loved Skyleigh too. We do hope she will be okay, but we knew she had loving grandparents. Sad for your loss and happy that we were part of her life for a while. Happy that she's at peace and sorry she had to go through so much as a young woman. May you all be at peace knowing she doesn't hurt anymore and is continually at peace.
