Lee Dan Pacheco
August 2, 1963 - February 14, 2026
Lee Dan Pacheco, 62, of Copperton, UT, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2026 (Valentine’s Day), in West Jordan, UT.
Lee was born on August 2, 1963, in Salt Lake City, UT, to Rosa Vigil and Don Pacheco. Lee was raised in Lark, UT. He loved growing up in Lark and had many fond memories of it. He made many lifelong friends there.
Lee suffered from health issues for much of his adult life, but through it all, he was a kind, caring, and loving man with a big heart. Lee married the love of his life, Nicole Bartlome, in 1995 in Las Vegas, NV. Lee had three children whom he absolutely adored. He was also the best “Uncle Mom” to many of his nieces and nephews. He teased and played with them while also showing love and tenderness, like a mother hen. Lee’s talent and creativity would shine whenever anyone needed help with a school art or craft project.
Lee was a devoted brother to his six siblings and a doting grandfather to his six grandchildren.
Lee enjoyed many adventures all over the country, but he could usually be found at home. He enjoyed chatting with neighbors and sitting with his dog, Turbo, while watching the Philadelphia Eagles play. He loved blasting his New Mexico music while cooking amazing meals for his family, forcing them to “try my meat!” Saying “no, thank you” was not an option for him.
Lee was preceded in death by his parents, Rosa Vigil and Don Pacheco.
He is survived by his wife, Nicole Bartlome; his three children, Vanessa (Nate) Babcock, Alia Pacheco, and Josh (Lizzy) Pacheco; and his six cherished grandchildren, Lily, Vivian, Andy, Valerie, Grace, and Nolan. He is also survived by his six siblings: Yvonne (Casey) Apodaca, Don (Pepsi) Pacheco, Verna (Jaime) Villasenor, Eckey Pacheco, Eleanor Pacheco, and Ramona (Lynda) Pacheco.
Lee’s warmth, humor, creativity, and unwavering love for his family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
