Leslie Ann Garrett Welte passed peacefully on June 8, 2015. She was preceded in death by son, Austin; grandson, Zeniff; and nephew, Kevin. Survived by father, Norman (Terri) Garrett; mother, Marilyn Garrett; son, Dallis Welte; daughter Andria Welte sister, Norma (Brad) Lindstrom; half sister JoLyn (Gene) Wheeler; 1 niece; 4 nephews; and 4 grandchildren.  A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 16th at 7PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East.
