Our sweet Lupe passed away peacefully on January 13th, 2013 with her family by her side. She was born on July 6th, 1939 in San Bernardino, CA to Luteria Falcon and Frank Ortiz.
Lupe is survived by her children Richard, Connie, Ronnie and Donnie; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father Frank; mother Luteria; grandmother Jesus Rosario; and many other family members.
She will be greatly missed. We love you grandma!
Private services will be held for family and close friends.
