Lyvian Kendall Richter
September 18, 1934 - June 29, 2022
Rick (Pop) passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Helena Montana to Lyvian H Richter and Corrine Lancaster. Rick was a 30-degree Mason and a member of El Kalah Shrine organization. He retired from Master Builders after 30 years of service. Rick was known for his expertise in mixed designs for concrete. He married Charlotte Ballstaedt in 1976. They traveled to Sacramento California for many years attending the DixieLand Festival. They lived in West Palm Beach, Florida for a few years and were able to return for a visit several years later. Rick loved Nascar and attended many races in Las Vegas. His favorite teams were the 49ers, Utah Utes and the Utah Jazz. He enjoyed bowling for many years with his dear friends in the Shrine bowling league.

Jodi Langford (Kent). Grandchildren, Aimee Lublin, Chad Lublin (Amanda), Brooke Dennis, Jessica Sorenson (Jeremy), Erica Langford, Steven Langford (Jess). One great grandchild, Grayson Lublin. Brother, Thomas L Richter, Montana.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 2 at 11:00 am at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E 10600 So, Sandy Utah. Under the supervision of Starks Funeral Parlor. In lieu of flowers, contribute to the Shriners Hospital Transportation Fund, Shrinerschildren.org
