Together Again
Our beloved mother, grandmother “Ganga” and great-grandmother was reunited with her sweetheart, Harry, in the early morning of March 21, 2009.
She was born October 15, 1919 in Washington, DC. Margaret married the love of her life on August 24th, 1938 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Washington, DC. They moved to Utah in 1996 to be closer to family.
She leaves behind her daughter Barbara (Jay) Longhurst; grandchildren Cheryl (Joe) Henderson, Lauri (Shayne) Robison, Thomas II, Keith, Gerry and Angelique Perkins; 7 great-grandchildren; and 2 great great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband of 69 years, she is preceded in death by her son Thomas Perkins.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 24th, 12:00 Noon at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 S. Highland Dr., Salt Lake City. Friends may call upon the family on Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City.
