It has been awhile since I last saw Maria, but she always had a hug and a smile for me no matter how long it had been. The sweet little girl blossomed into a young beautiful lady, a proud and loving mom to her precious sons. We will celebrate her life and keep her always in our hearts. Dearest Maria, it breaks my heart to hear about the loss of one of my truthful and honest friends. there will be know one that will have the spirit that you had I still remember all the good and bad times we had together. I know you are in a better place all though it is hard to accept the fact that we will never see each other in this life time ever again but deep down inside me I know we will see each other again sometime after. so from the bottom of my heart I ask you be the mother to my daughter that I can not be until I see her again. until we see each other again so long my good friend.

I would like to tell Maria's family how sorry i am about their loss. I taught Maria for several years at West and loved having her in class.
