Dear Kathy, What a loss of a wonderful man. Mark and Alex were our home teachers for many years. They were faithful and caring, and their visits uplifted us. During their tenure, they gifted us two amazing books. In 2008, we received the first volume of the Joseph Smith Papers. Inside was written, "As serious students of Joseph Smith, we know this book will offer better insights and plant more fervently in your hearts that he was truly a prophet of God." Jeff devoured this volume with delight. In 2006, for Christmas, we were given the book titled, I Believe in Santa Claus, which skillfully connects the Christmas celebration with Jesus Christ. I get it out and read it every Christmastime, and I am reminded of Mark and Alex. What blessings we received from them. How lucky Mark and Alex have been to have you in their corner for love, support, and example. May the comforter be with you at this time, and may your faith uphold you, dear friend. Janet
