Martin Aguilar Zavala

September 11, 1969 - June 12, 2008

Martin, our beloved husband, father, son, brother and uncle was taken from us suddenly on June 12, 2008.

 

Martin was born September 11, 1969 in Michoacan, Mexico and moved to Salt Lake City, UT in 1984.  He then became a United States citizen in 1997.

 

Martin loved playing and watching soccer, and being outdoors.  He was always there for his family and friends.  We will all miss him very much.

 

Martin is survived by his wife Beverly; daughters Isabel (15) and Alisia (12); dad Gabriel; brothers Trinidad (Valerie), Ramon (Onelia), Roberto (Millie); sister Angela (Miguel); uncles; aunts; cousins; nieces; nephews; godchildren; and many friends.

 

Preceded in death by his mom Alisia, grandmothers, grandfathers, baby brother, aunts, uncles and several friends.

 Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 17th at 1:00 PM at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church 4501 West 5215 South, Kearns.  Visitation and Rosary will begin on Monday, June 16th at 7:00 PM, also at the church.

To Martin's family; My condolences for your loss. I have only been at B Jackson for two years. I never worked on a project with Martin. I know that when I needed a hand in the yard. His smiling face was one that I looked for. He is a good man and will truely be missed.

Hey Beverly i know that it's hard to lose martin. The reason why is because he was a good person and a good father and i bet he was a good husband to. To me he was a second dad to me.
