Mary W. Silcox Edginton

October 25, 1927 - December 31, 2017

Our beloved Mary Winifred Silcox Edginton 90, passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2017.  Mary was born October 25, 1927 in Riverton, Utah to Edith Helen Steadman Silcox and Austin Stephen Silcox.  Mary married Howard Edginton on June 29, 1947.  Howard passed away December 18, 1997.

Mary loved to spend time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.  Mary was a wonderful housewife and also worked many years at the Utah State Fair.  Mary enjoyed camping, fishing, bowling, Bonco and Bingo.

The Utah Jazz lost their #1 fan.  She is probably checking their schedule to find out when they play next so she can watch the game.

Survived by six children:  Patsy (Rod), Jolene (Max), Terri (Brad), Peggy (Frank), Brad (Joan) and Natalie (Clay), numerous grandchildren and sister Francine (Jay).  Mary was affectionately known as Mom, Grandma, G-Ma and Maga.

We love you Mary and we look forward to seeing you again!

We (RJ and I) were so sorry to hear about Grandma Mary's passing. I am so sorry for your loss. Grandma Mary was a wonderful person who I always loved spending time with. She was feisty and funny but had such a good heart. She will be deeply missed.
