I do not know Monica nor her family, but I was so moved by the obituary that you wrote to her, which I read in the Tribune. It is obvious that you loved her very much and that you shared a deep and spiritually profound love together. Congratulations on sharing that love- few people have the openness and strength to experience that in our lifetimes. I am very sorry for your loss. I lost two sweet young friends last year, and I appreciate the sorrow you must feel. You remain to celebrate her life and her ability to love. There are few words that can aid; but healing will come with time and love. Grief is so very personal, yet also best shared. Just know that there are others out there who understand.Best, Darlene

Larry, Monica was a wonderful friend and I am sure a great wife. I met Monica and her family when we were teenagers and had always really good time, always laughing,unfourtunately last time I've seen her was the day before my departure to the US, 9 years ago.
