Nicole Crystal Johnson

August 2, 1971 - August 3, 2011

Nicole Crystal (Warner) Johnson

1971 – 2011

Our sweet daughter, mother, aunt, and companion passed away, surrounded by her family, in South Jordan, UT from a cardiac arrest suffered on August 1st and died the day after her 40th birthday on August 3rd.

She was born in Pocatello, Idaho on August 2, 1971, where she was raised and graduated from Pocatello High School.  She married Fred Bollschweiler in 1989 after high school (later divorced).  Married Scott Johnson in 1992 (later divorced).

She excelled in computer skills (self-taught).  She enjoyed photography and was quite skilled in that medium.  She really enjoyed watching her kids play sports or perform and enjoyed just spending time with them.  Nicole received a lot of satisfaction helping others and was always concerned about their happiness and well-being.  She always expressed her love to her loved ones on a daily basis.  Nicole was involved in a program through the mental health court and was very grateful for her involvement with Judge Atherton and her team.  The family wishes to express their thanks to them for the concern shown for Nicole’s welfare during her brief illness.  The family also wished to express their thanks for the paramedics and all those that responded during this time of crises.  And would especially like to thank the doctors, nurses and all those who provided such compassionate service rendered during her time of need.

Nicole leaves behind two beautiful daughters, MacKenzie and Bella Johnson; three handsome sons, Doug (Chelsea) Bollschweiller, Scout and Bailey Johnson; her parents Don and Barbara Warner; two brothers, Gary (Kori) Warner and Tom Mitchell; a loving companion Adam Torgerson; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Jaclyn Mitchell and her Grandma and Grandpa Warner and Grandma and Grandpa Harmison.

A funeral service will be held on Monday August 8th at 12:00 Noon at the South Jordan 9th Ward Building, 9750 South 2200 West, where friends may call one hour prior to the service.  Interment to follow at Elysian Burial Gardens.

In Loving Memory

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Warner and family, I don't even know how to begin to send my condolences regarding Nicole's passing. My heart is aching for all of your family; you are and have been in my thoughts and prayers. Jacki and I were friends since 3rd grade and I don't have a childhood memory that doesn't include her?.I remember Nicole when she was so young and listening to her speak at Jacki's funeral was heart wrenching. My faith is strong and I believe God has His plan unfortunately we don't always agree. I hope you find peace in your hearts and know that Jacki is looking after her baby sister. You have a beautiful gift from Jerzy and I pray that your pain will subside. Sending my love and prayers, Lindsey Brooks
