Norma Jean Sandor
January 28, 1929 - March 31, 2017
"One Day at a Time" was her favorite song. Born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. She married Michael J. Sandor in 1946 and gave birth to their only son Michael J. Sandor Jr. in 1948. Shortly thereafter they moved to Salt Lake City. She worked for Sears for 40 years, and loved to golf. Norma never failed to brighten someone's day!
Survived by her son Mike; granddaughter Nicole (Tim); great grandson Ace; brothers Al, George and Ed Salem; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her husband Michael and sister Helen.
A visitation will be held on Friday, April 7th from 10:00 to 11:00 AM with recitation of the Holy Rosary at 10:30 AM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM. All on Friday, April 7th at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1375 Spring Lane, Salt Lake City. Graveside committal will be held at 1:30 PM at Mountain View Memorial Cemetery, 3115 Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights.

The world has lost a truly loving person. Norma's giggle and laugh was contagious and it was impossible to be unhappy when she was around. She will be missed.
