Orin died April 15, 2013 at the age of 84. He was born March 3, 1929 in Salt Lake City, Utah to William Riley Hunter and Florence Woodbury Hunter. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Klea Charlene, on July 8, 2012.
Orin was a salesman for Hewlett-Packard in the early days of Silicon Valley and also worked as an accountant. He was a Corporal in the U.S. Army. After retirement, he was a volunteer tax preparer. Orin loved sailing in the Bay Area, computers and tech gadgets, and was a voracious reader. He was a devoted husband to Charlene and father to Douglas & Tana, Gary & Cindy, Scott & Ann, Bruce & Laura; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Orin will be honored by family and friends with a Graveside service in Mt. Olivet Cemetery at a later date.
