Pamela Lee Williams

February 10, 1954 - October 8, 2021

Our wonderful Mother, Pamela Lee Williams, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 8th, 2021 at her home in Mountain Green, Utah.

She was born on February 10th, 1954 in Salt Lake City to Evelyn May Rupp and Willis Gustave Rupp.  She grew up in Taylorsville, Utah and graduated from Cottonwood High School.  She loved animals, especially dogs, and enjoyed owning, riding, and caring for her own horses as well as others.  She was a talented musician, she sang and played the guitar beautifully. She was a gifted cook and baker, passing on many recipes and tips.  She also enjoyed traveling, scuba diving, camping, hiking, and the outdoors. Her greatest joy was spending time with family and friends, especially her Grandchildren, Avery and Alexander.  She was the most selfless, nurturing, caring and warm person, loved by everyone who had the chance to meet her, and she will be missed forever. She lives on in the hearts and memories of those who knew and loved her.

She leaves behind her two daughters, Jessica Earl and Jaye Williams, Grandchildren Avery and Alexander Earl, and her Sisters, Lorraine Rupp, Sherrie Partridge, and Charleen Young.  She is preceded in death by her parents Evelyn and Willis Rupp and her son, Jonathan Nephi Williams.

A Celebration of Life for friends, family, and anyone who loved Pam will be held on Saturday, October 16th at SnowBasin Resort, Earls Lodge, from 12-4 PM.  As required by the venue, and out of respect for everyone, only fully vaccinated or masked guests will be welcome.  Casual attire, food and drink will be served. In lieu of flowers we are asking for Donations to Paws 4 Life who will be assisting in rehoming Pam’s beloved dog, Kizzy.

In Loving Memory

Pam I will always love you. And I will cherish the life long friendship we had. Most people only have acquaintances for as many years as we have had a true friendship, I will always be grateful for that. I will always have in my heart all the wonderful memories we made together. We really did grow up together and then we shared our families. I will miss my never missed birthday call from you. And you will still have one from my heart. My heart breaks but I know you are in the arms of the ones that have been waiting for you. Love ❤ you forever. Sheila

My condolences to the family. I recall her wonderful smile as she walked the halls of school. With a hello as she passed. I didn't think I would see her again, but she asked me to friend her on Facebook. I loved to see a small piece of her life again. I was so happy to see Pamela's beautiful family and her happy life. The world has lost a wonderful person, she will be missed.

I am so sorry for your loss.   I have great memories of Pam in junior high and high school.   One in particular when I slept over and we took turns imitating Janice Joplin all night long.  Pam was always full of life and so comfortable in her own skin.  She seemed to be an old soul.  I'm glad to have known her.  Thanks Pam.

Pam, I am a better person for knowing you, better for sharing times together, better for having met you. May you be as blessed in the next life, my dear friend, as I was in this one by knowing you.  I will always hear your sweet laugh in my heart. Love never dies.

To Pams girls. I did not get the chance to know your Mom as well as I wish I could have. That is because what I did know I liked very much! She was simply a rare and beautiful spirit. Her kindness shone through but I figure that was not to be confused with weakness. As I percieved her to be a strong and determined women.  I know you both must be so proud to call Pam "Mom". May PAm's adventures live on!!! Sincerely Nancie
