Peter T. Gallegos

September 9, 1957 - August 24, 2015

Our loving husband, father and grandfather, Peter T. Gallegos, passed away unexpectedly on August 24, 2015 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Peter was born September 9, 1957 in Salt Lake City to Pete and Rumelia Gallegos. He was a fun-loving guy with a great sense of humor and enjoyed spending time with his family. He also enjoyed fishing, camping, hiking and being outdoors. 

Peter married Terry April 20,1983 and together they raised 5 children. Peter worked many years at the water reclamation and will be remembered as hardworking and dedicated. Although his time here was brief, his wonderful memories will remain warmly in our hearts forever, he will be missed by all that knew and loved him. 

Peter is survived by his wife Terry; his children Glenda(Tom), Jody (Juan), Michelle (Nick), Pete Jr. (Melonie), Travis (Kylie) and his 14 grandchildren. Brothers and sisters Joe, Michael, Desi, Lucy, Elaine, Felix, Janie, David, Barbara and Randy. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Pete and Rumelia. Brothers and Sisters Rudy, Mary, Albert, Geraldin and Dorothy. 

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 29, 2015 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, Utah 84106.

Peter had such a good heart and he was a kind man. My mom Margaret, his Aunt, went to visit him when he was sick and she always loved him. Blessing to his family
