July 10, 1948 – August 21, 2009

 

Our loving father passed away unexpectedly due to a heart-related condition.  We will miss him dearly.

 

Phil was an Army Vet and worked at O.C. Tanner for 20 years.

 

He is survived by his children Jason Lindquist, Kurtice (Debbie) Lindquist, Candice (Jonathan) Garcia; 6 grandchildren; 5 brothers; one sister; ex-wife Sandie Zera; and his dear dog Roscoe.  

 

Preceded in death by his parents.

 

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, August 27th at 1:00 PM at Murray City Cemetery, 5490 South Vine St. (730 E.).  Friends may call upon the family on Thursday from 11:30 until 12:30 at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City.
