Randy Clegg LeMon

April 6, 1972 - July 15, 2023

Our loving husband, father, and son Randy Clegg LeMon passed on Saturday July 15th. Randy C. LeMon had a passion for scuba diving, music, concerts, the stars, the sunrise and sunset on a beach. He was always looking forward to our next vacation so he could spend time with the family and go on an adventure. His favorite places; to name a few, were the Bahamas, Bon Air, Belize, Arches National Park, Yucatan Peninsula, and lastly hanging out on the couch with the family watching a movie, not to forget the pit of a punk or hardcore show.

Randy played hard but worked even harder.

Driving for UPS for 25 years kept him in contact with the people he loved; customers, coworkers, and other teamster members.

For Randy the two best days of his life were the day he met his wife of 28 years Carie Griffin, and the day his son Zachary was born. He always said they were the Three Musketeers, and it was them against the world.

Survived by:

Wife Carie LeMon, son Zachary LeMon, mother Lois Whimmer, father and mother in law Bob and Sandy Griffin, brothers Robert LeMon (Bobbie), Rick LeMon (Becky), Russ LeMon, brother in law Dan Griffin, sister in law Mandy Ward. Nephews; Drew Griffin, Kaden Ward, Haven LeMon, Theo Killeen, Griffin Killeen, Eelan LeMon, Shane Killeen, and his niece Sami Ward, and his best friend Xan Kotter. Preceded in death by stepfather Doug Whimmer, brother in law Andy Griffin and sister in law Catherine Griffin.

He had a generous smile and kind eyes which we all will miss. Most of all we will miss his cynical scenes of humor and love for all.

A Celebration of life will be on Friday, August 4th, 2023 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Millcreek. Guests are encouraged to use parking and entrance on the north side of the building.

Randy was always a delight when he delivered our UPS packages at our storage facility.  Our dogs loved him and always wanted a pet or some loving which he gave them.  RIP Randy.  Your hard times are over as far as your health issue.  Peace and loving thoughts to all of the family.

I worked with Randy for a number of years at UPS.  Randy was an easy going, gentle soul and am glad to call him a friend.  I'm in complete shock right now.  My sincerest condolences to the family. Rest in peace Randy.   -Efrain

Wishing peace and comfort to Randy's wife and son. Randy taught me how to be a rock star. He was one my earliest "cool" friends with cool hair, cool leather jacket, cool music, and cool posters on his wall. He was kind, thoughtful, and uniquely agreeable. I regret our paths diverged and wish him endless sunsets accompanied by an eternal playlist of his favorite tunes.

I am so sorry to hear of your passing. I am happy you came into my family's store and asked for me and we reconnected.  I'm so shocked you have passed. We're still too young! I have a lot of funny memories of us clear back to Jr. Highschool haha. You had your first drink in 9th grade and got busted by the teacher. Hahaha Good times!  Well I know you're in paradise and you'll be missed and we will miss seeing you deliver our packages also. May God bless you and bring comfort to your family. Until we meet again.
