Reynaldo Grahl
1919 – 2012
Our father and grandfather passed away peacefully at his home on November 2, 2012 surrounded by family.
He was born on July 10, 1919 in Novo Hamburgo, Brazil to Anna and Felippe Grahl. He married Oscilda Vetter on February 23, 1946. They were sealed in the São Paulo Temple on February 14, 1983. One of his professional highlights was building numerous LDS chapels in southern Brazil. His family was most important to him, especially the children. He was tough on the outside, but inside had a heart of gold.
He leaves behind children Liane, Joao, Elaine; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and sister, Irma.
Preceded in death by his wife; his daughter Marlene; his grandsons Johan and Felipe; and 9 siblings.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 11:30 AM the Walnut Hills 2nd Ward, 5938 West 6200 South, Kearns, where a viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment to follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery,1342 East 500 South, Salt Lake City.
