Lovely and appropriate obituary. My condolences to all, but especially to you, Gloria and Forrest and Erin. I have many gifts and mementos from Richard that will always bring him to mind. Over the years of cutting his hair we spent many hours together...always interesting... He knew I was his friend. Best energies to all. Creed

Richard was a wonderful neighbor and friend for many years on K Street. Our daughter Elizabeth spend many hours with Erin and the family. Fifteen years ago today our youngest was born and Richard gave us a generous gift for our new baby. Our love and prayers are with all of you.
