Ronald Morell Crosby
Ronald passed away at home in Salt Lake City, on March 6th, 2011. He was 76 years old. He was born in New Haven, CT, and a resident of Utah for more than two decades.
He attended high school in Mamaroneck, NY, and college at the School of Mines in Butte, MT, where he studied engineering and was quarterback of the football team. Ron began his career in business with IBM and went on to serve as partner or consultant for various companies and ventures.
Ron was an admired friend, father, athlete, visionary and entrepreneur. He enjoyed good company, a good story, a good joke, and all things Irish.
He is survived by six children; 10 grandchildren; his loving partner; and other extended family and friends.
A private memorial service took place last week.
Donations can be given in his name to Wasatch Homeless Health Clinic in Salt Lake City.

My warm thoughts of comfort and sympathy are with all of Ron's family at this sad time. I grew up with Ron in Mamaroneck. Last May while in Park City, we had lunch together after 50+ years! I became acquainted with Ron about 5 years ago at Starbucks on 400 South and 700 East in Salt Lake and we had some good conversations. I was very sorry to hear of his passing. My sincerest expression of sympathy to his family.
