Ronda Lee, beloved mother, daughter, sister, Mimi, and friend, passed away on December 27, 2025, at the young age of 80. Ronda’s tenaciousness, grit, and captivating spark served her well throughout her full life, including her abrupt end. She is now reunited with her parents, Henry and Mary, and both brothers, Henry and Larry (Lana), recounting countless memories the rest of us will never know.
Ronda grew up in Salt Lake City. She spent many of her years living in San Diego before returning to Salt Lake City to build a life and family. Ronda attended Westminster College as an adult student, graduating in May 1996 to become a dedicated fourth-grade school teacher.
Ronda was adventurous, the queen of costumes, and would give anything a try. Biking to fireworks, hiking, traveling to Mexico, Egypt, and Peru, seeing much of Europe via rail, visiting the Grand Canyon, skiing, and riding roller coasters. She was a lover of animals, and throughout the years she cared for and loved many pets, including cats, dogs, birds, gerbils, and turtles.
In 2014, Ronda found another true source of joy in becoming a grandmother—a Mimi—and once again in 2016. Those boys were her world, and she will continue to love them from above.
Ronda is survived by her two children, Christopher (Sirahna) and Brandee Morgan (John), and her two grandchildren, Henry and Jackson (her “little workers”).
Ronda will be remembered for her resilience, how she cared deeply for those around her, her fierce unconditional love, and how her wit and sense of humor left you with an everlasting smile.
