Rose Regla Neria born on July 23, 1927 in Ogden, Utah, to Pedro Pina & Mary Eagle Regla. Member of Northwestern Band of Shoshoni Nation. Rose joined her family; brothers Louis, Pete, Sister and Best friend, Aurora.
