Roxanne Holt

Roxanne Holt was our cute, eclectic, fun, loving, creative mom, grandma, sister and aunt. She was born to Don Holt and Evelyn Latimer. Roxanne was sister to Robin Oldham (Wes), Sheree Bennion (Craig) and Doug Holt (deceased). Beloved mother to Jason Kimura (Candi Hubbard), Jager Kimura, and Janna Kimura (Jason Brady). Roxanne had a true passion for home decorating, crafting and design. In an effort to find the perfect paint color, she would paint a room so many times that she actually lost square footage. She loved many things, but nothing more than her grandchildren. Riley, Rhett, Easton, Drake and Blaise were her love and her joy.
A Celebration will be held in her honor Thursday, October 3rd from 6-8pm at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, where complimentary valet parking will be provided on the north side of the building.

Dear family I am so shocked to hear of Rox's death. I just had dinner with her this summer and we caught up on our lifes. I am in Ohio and won;t be able to make the celebration of her life but I send my love to all of you. Rox - the Rug Show just won't be the same without you. Each year I looked forward to working with you as we worked and reworked and then worked again the craft table. You always enlightened me with your unique perspective and creative eye. I cherished your warmth and friendship. I will miss you.

Dear Family, Janna thank you for contacting me this May, 2015 to let me know of Roxanne's passing. I remember Roxanne as a unique, loving and evolved being with an amazing artistic ability to make everything she touched more beautiful. I saw her in August 2013 and thought she had never looked more beautiful. I am saddened to hear of her passing at such an early age and wish you all peace.
