Start with something smiple. I'm very sorry for your loss. Listen. Share a remembrance if you knew the deceased.Where I come from, we shared food, usually a casserole. Offer to help in Do not say something like he or she is now in a better place. Do not offer advice about the grieving process.Tell them you are there for them, and then give them some space. But do check up on them if they haven't contacted you.The fact that you are there during their time of need is appreciated. They will get many condolences, but few people that will follow through and continue to be present for them.

Behold, God is my salvation; I will TRUST and NOT BE AFRAID; for the Lord Jehovah is my STRENGTH and my SONG; he also has bmecoe my salvation Praise the Lord, Call upon his name, Declare his doings among the people, Make mention that his name is exalted CRY OUT AND SHOUT THOU INHABITANT OF ZION, FOR GREAT IS THE HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL IN THE MIDST OF THEE. 2nd Nephi 22 I know these words abide in Mike's heart. I can hear him speaking them to us, especially now. He is great man, he lived great and died great in the eyes of the Lord. He was and is the greatest teacher I have ever known. I miss him already and cannot wait for the day soon to come when we will be reunited. Until then, I will prepare and and try to do my best to carry on the work that he started, at least until he returns and takes the reins again. I love you Mike we all do. Until we meet again, Farewell Christian Hess

anywhere! many people have a frilay silly concept in their head of what Utah is like. first of all, there is a TON of booming tech. industry jobs there, and corresponding techies that fill the position. SLC is home to very many unchurched, non-Mormon, regular families and young folks such as fill Austin, Boise ID, or pretty much anywhere else. SLC is just one of those cities that people have the wrong idea about. Mostly, an idea that may have been accurate 30 years ago, but completely obsolete now. Like thinking San Diego CA is a very sinful place. On the contrary, it's home to a pretty large group of cautious, conservative, white people. and Arizona is actually the wilder place by far. Just some thoughts, comparisons
