Ruth L. Lewis
September 23, 1928 - June 15, 2018
Ruth was reunited with her husband, Clint and her twin sister and best friend, Maria, on June 15, 2018. We know she was eagerly met by her parents and many life long friends. We wouldn't be surprised if she stopped to make a pot luck salad for the celebration.
Ruth is survived by a sister, her three children, four grand-girls, a great grandson, two nephews and many cherished friends.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on June 22, 2018 at the Cathedral of the Madeleine, 331 East South Temple, Salt Lake City. Interment will be held at a later date at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Madeleine Choir School.

I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one in death is a difficult thing to experience. Please be comforted by the promises in the Bible. Jesus tells us at John 5:28, 29 that all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out. What a wonderful provision put in place by the God of all comfort so we can have the assured hope of seeing our dead loved ones live again one day. Meanwhile as I pray for that day to come I ask Jehovah God to bless your family and give each of you the strength to endure this trying time.

We have been so blessed by Ruthie's friendship and laughter - what a wonderful life she led and now will be reunited with her true love, Clint! Our prayers go out to the family, but we know you have many beautiful memories to hold on to for comfort. We will miss Ruthie!

I was blessed to know both Clint and Ruth. In fact for years, Clint worked in my classroom when I was a teacher at The Madeleine Choir School. Ruth and Clint continued to be loyal supporters and volunteers at the school when I was Principal. Ruth was a beautiful woman with a dynamic spirit! I'm a better person to have known both Ruth and Clint. My sincere condolences to all of their lovely family whom they spoke so highly of.
