Sharon Veloi Grow
December 24, 1938 - February 17, 2024
Mom passed peacefully in her sleep, the morning of February 17, 2024 with her family by her side.
She was born on December 24, 1938 in Salt Lake City, UT to Vern and Vadis Arnold Grow. She graduated Granite High School and then went to Cosmetology School. After completing school, she became an instructor at the school, and enjoyed teaching the students. Her favorite memories were time spent dancing and trips to Wendover with Glen. Sharon loved to be social and enjoyed family gatherings and BBQ’s.
She is preceded in death by her partner of 20 years Glen; sister Marleen; brother Vern; and her parents.
She is survived by her daughters Lezlie (Raymond) Rigler, Jerilyn (Gary) Rigler, Denise Kramer, Casey Kirk; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren with one on the way.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 10:00 at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, where a funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Elysian Burial Gardens.

I was sorry to read about Sharon's passing but I know she's at peace and will have the prettiest garden in Heaven. She was always sweet and smiling, and I'm so fortunate that I got to spend a little time with her this past year. My love and prayers go out to her family. ❤
