Shelly Rae Jefferies, 72, passed away peacefully at her home in Grantsville, Utah on September 24th, 2025. She was born December 24th, 1953 to William Rae and Lu Dean Thompson Jefferies.
Shelly spent most of her life between Utah and Las Vegas. Raising her three children; Natalie, Celena, and Kelly.
She enjoyed crafts, gambling, and dancing. She was very active in decorating, and had the opportunity to decorate the atrium at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. She spent time traveling to many special places. She enjoyed the holidays and was the heart and soul of every holiday. She always enjoyed a good laugh and often received one from her grandson, Chanse.
She had her mother’s kindness and honesty and always had a smile on her face.
Shelly is survived by her kids, Celena and Kelly. Her brother Clayton Reynolds. Her dear grandchildren, Taylon Woodward, Easton Torgerson, Morgan Torgerson and Makenna Torgerson, Chanse Checketts, Jorden Burt, Aleyah Burt, Madisyn Burt. Her great grandkids, Kashten Checketts and Kota Checketts.
Preceded in death by her parents; William Rae Jefferies, Lu Dean Thompson Jefferies Reynolds. Daughter Natalie Kim Torgerson and Grandson; Easton Torgerson.
