Suzanne Kimble

Suzanne Kimble, age 48, of Salt Lake City, Utah died of cancer on February 21, 2026.

She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and was one of six children to Thomas and Kathryn Kimble. She was an adoring aunt to eleven nieces and nephews and enjoyed spending her time reading and learning. Suzanne lived life on her own terms and never let the world change her smile. Suzanne overcame a lot in her life, and then overcame again. She lived in brilliant authenticity. She had a unique capacity to make people feel seen. Suzanne was sharp as a tack, and could see the humor in situations. She used her clever wit to make those around her more comfortable. She was fun to be around and brought so much light into this world. Suzanne will be having a grand old time in this next phase of her journey, and her dad and oldest brother will be overjoyed as she rejoices in being with them and her beloved Savior again.

She leaves behind her mother, Kathryn, her siblings Natalie, Curtis, JoAnna, and Eric. Preceded in death by her father, Thomas, and her brother, Jefferson.

An Open House Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 from 6:00 until 7:00 at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, UT.  Guests are encouraged to use the parking and entrance on the north side of the building.

Suzanne asked that in lieu of flowers please hug those closest to you and tell them how much you love them. If you feel the need to send flowers, Suzanne asked, “Please do not send any ugly wreaths.”
