Everybody Loved Terry
On February 16, 2012, Terry left us to go fishing with Jesus.
He was born October 21, 1943 in Pendleton, OR to Helen and Melvin Helwich. He grew up in Glenns Ferry, ID, was a star athlete and made many lifelong friends. He studied business at Boise State University and worked as a firefighter for the BLM. Terry had many work adventures but above all he preferred serving his community. His most rewarding work was as a UTA Flextrans driver. He loved fishing, hunting and camping with his family. Terry enjoyed collecting antiques and Western memorabilia. He had a big heart, was a loving and generous man, and was always willing to lend a helping hand.
He is survived by his wife Debra; children John Helwich, Sandy (Glen) Canady, Janean Van Dusen, Rayna (Matt) Slickers, Kimberly Cooper, Jake Thompson and Clinton Thompson; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and brother Don Helwich.
Friends are invited to call upon the family at a Celebration of Life on Tuesday, February 21st from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City.
In Loving Memory
How true. Everyone loved Terry. Our thoughts and prayers to all of you. Terry and I went to school together for 12 years...from the first grade in KH on through HS. He and Don used to come over to our place and swim in the spring fed water hole in the summer time. Vicki Parke Smith

A bail bond agent, or bondsman, is any prsoen or corporation that will act as a surety and pledge money or property as bail for the appearance of prsoens accused in court. Although banks, insurance companies and other similar institutions are usually the sureties on other types of contracts (for example, to bond a contractor who is under a contractual obligation to pay for the completion of a construction project) such entities are reluctant to put their depositors' or policyholders' funds at the kind of risk involved in posting a bail bond. Bail bond agents, on the other hand, are usually in the business to cater to criminal defendants, often securing their customers' release in just a few hours. Bail bond agents are almost exclusively found in the United States and its former commonwealth, The Philippines. In most other countries bail is usually much less and the practice of bounty hunting is illegal.
