Tess Papanikolas Paloukos
February 20, 1927 - October 18, 2019
Tess Paloukos, 92, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 18, 2019. She was born on February 20, 1927 in Magna, Utah to George and Cary Glezos Papanikolas. She married the love of her life, Jim Paloukos, on November 25, 1951 in the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. She was an avid shopper and looked forward to her weekly shopping trips to Mervyn’s. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and bowling. Tess loved spending time with her family and enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s sporting events. She is survived by her children Pam (Tom) Harris, Andy; grandchildren Staci, Karlee and James. Sisters, Dot and Pat.
She is preceded in death by her parents, beloved husband Jim, brother John and sister Bessie. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 279 South 300 West at 11:00 am. The viewing and Trisagion service will begin promptly at 10:00 am.

Dear Pam and Andy: I was saddened to read of your Mom's passing, but know she had not been well for some time. She and your Father were wonderful people and I will never forget how thoughtful they were of my parents often dropping by to say hello and offer their assistance if needed and during the summer, bringing them vegetables from their garden.
