TIMMY R. CORDOVA

Our loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother & uncle passed away peacefully on December 25, 2014. Timmy was born on October 15, 1938 to Epemenio & Ruperta Cordova in Chamisal, New Mexico. Timmy attended and graduated from Bingham High School, Class of 1957. Timmy was employed at Kennecott Utah Copper where he retired after 27 years of service.

Timmy's greatest joy in life was his family. He also enjoyed traveling, fishing, and working on cars.

Timmy is survived by his daughters Tery (Bob) Davis, Tamme (Charlie) Ostenburg, and Tanya (Tim) Evans; brothers Raymond, Joe (Shirley), and Larry Cordova; sisters Matilda (Ernesto) Cordova, and Maxine (Joseph) Martinez; 13 grand children; and 7 great grand children.

He is preceded in death by his son Troy Cordova; his parents; brothers Rufino, Ernest, and Frumencio Cordova; and sister Lilian Diel.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday January 2, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church, 624 West Lennox St. Midvale. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the mass with interment to follow at Midvale City Cemetery.
