Dear Cousins and families, I love you all so very much.  I have loved Tom.  I always will.  I cherish the wonderful memories we have as extended family members. I was watching the family movies that Jim first transferred from 8 and 16 mm to VHS with our favorite family music.  I digitized them to a USB drive a couple of years ago. We all had so much fun on Christmas.  There are movies of Tom being with us in the Uintas.  I'll have to check the DVDs with 3,000 slides that Dad had digitized.  Sherrie helped Dad burn more DVDs.  That was Dad's last Christmas gift to us before we lost him.  Dad made sure we got to know my mother's family and his own.  Dad loved all of both families and so do the rest of us.  I'll check for pictures when I have updated my laptop.  There's a matter of straightening out two accounts of my VPN. How I long for easier times but Tom is with all of our loved ones who have previously left us.  I know this from deep in my soul.  He is free from political turmoil now.  I look forward to that myself but that will be on God's time.  I just know Tom is in a peaceful place.  I do hope he left a history of his experiences as a Veteran.  I so appreciate the one Dad left.  Dad did attend groups that made it easier for him to finish  typing the history. Tom now knows just how much I care about him.  He suffered in ways I find totally impossible to deal with, along with Aunt Vera and our grandmother. Tom used to pretend his fingers were scissors and tease me a bit.  Of course, I know his hands were not "scissorhands".  It was just fun times.  God bless all. Until we meet again,

To Tom's family, Please accept my sincere condolences on Tom's passing. I always had a great respect for Tom as he was a man of honor who loved his family, friends, church, and country. He was a devoted Catholic and served the K of C for many years. We are losing the caliber of men like Tom Blockovich who made this a great country to live in. Rest in peace my friend, you served your country like a true American. I was glad to be considered your friend. Respectfully submitted, Phil J. Garcia

I met Tom and his father when I was a teenager working at the theatre's. They both took me under their wing.  Years later I found myself at St. Francis parish where I became friends with Vera. Later I took care of Tom senior. I am so sorry for the families loss,  my prayers are with you.  I know he is now with his parents in heaven because he was a very Godly man.

My condolences and deepest sympathy go out to his family. Tom and I shared many years working at Salt Lake International Airport. We also shared many years together in the Knights of Columbus. He will be sorely missed by all who were touched by his life. May his memory be eternal.
