“I have competed well; I have finished the race; I have kept the faith.”

My longest marathon was against ovarian cancer now I’m with God who carried me all the way. I entered His kingdom on November 20, 2022. I was born June 18,1956 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Elaisa Casaus Rodriguez (Chamisal, New Mexico) & José Medardo Rodriguez (Rio Lucio, New Mexico). Raised in Magna Utah, later moved to Tooele & the Salt Lake City area. I married Danny Fernando Mondragon, together we have three sons: Jason, Ricardo & Michael, 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. Survived by my sons, Jason (Melissa), Ricardo (Trudy) & Michael Mondragon. Brothers; Freddie (Sue) Danny (Shelley) Steve & Larry Rodriguez. Sisters; Gloria Martinez (Leo) Tina Cruz (Bob) & Debra Snyder (Glen). Preceded in death by my parents, brothers, Rick & Craig Rodriguez, sister, baby Maxine, grandson, Eli Mondragon. Special thanks to my daughter in law Trudy Mondragon “My Tattooed Angel” for taking the utmost care of me. To friends whose prayers brought peace & comfort to my soul. Thank you, my beautiful sons, grandchildren, & family for being a part of my adventurous world. I Love you all. Keep laughing and as courageous as ‘Big Hair One with Bear Feet.’

“As the sun rays fall upon my face, I feel you in my heart. Your light will always fill my soul, we’ll never be apart.”

In Loving Memory

To All the Rodrigues Family;  I feel close enough to the family to have a lifelong close relationship with everyone.  That was the most beautiful digital photo memorial I have ever seen.  It is a privilege to know All of you.
