Ken Marwedel, 71, passed away September 24, 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah.He was born July 6, 1937 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Wilford Tadje and Edith (Young) Marwedel. He married twice, Brigitte (Schmeichel); divorced and Marlene (Neff); widowed.Music was a source of great pleasure in Ken’s life, both in listening and as a hobby, collecting it. He also loved the outdoors and enjoyed the many camping trips taken with his family.Survived by his dearest companion of 19 yrs, Marilyn Jaeger; sons Ralph (Kim), Steve (Andrea), Kevin (Patricia); sisters Mary (Earl) Phillips, Karen (Dave) Gregerson, Connie Stevens; brothers Larry (Linda) and Paul; 13 grandchildren.A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 29th 2008 at the Oasis Vineyard Church, 1945 S Redwood Road, Salt Lake City, UT 84104 (801) 972-0420 with a reception to follow.
