Wendy Lynn Wuthrich

September 22, 1972 - December 5, 2023

Wendy was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on September 22, 1972 to Hipolito Tobias Martinez and Diane Ransom Martinez. She had two younger brothers, Jeremy and Benny. After graduating from High School, she met her first love, Edward Marc Wuthrich, and married him on November 4th 1994. They enjoyed an extremely adventurous life together, having four beautiful children: Audrey, Zoe, Isabel and Edward (Eddie) Wuthrich. Together they started many successful companies, the first of which was an EcoWater Softening company where they succeeded in becoming the 2nd largest sales organization in the country… all started in their first apartment together. In their quest for adventure, they ultimately moved to Moab, Utah shortly after Eddie was born in July of 2008 in order to start a touring company. In Moab they continued to open a variety of companies. After Edward’s untimely passing, she met her 2nd love, Dane Brewer. They enjoyed 10 years together building a private commercial lending company which served the greater Moab Utah region.

Wendy passed away at age 51 after fighting courageously against breast cancer which started in 2010. After being in remission for 10 years, the incurable recurrence of metastatic breast cancer appeared in May of 2021. For 2 and half years she fought cancer fearlessly and continued to live life to its fullest.

Wendy had a huge heart full of selfless love and devotion to those around her. She touched the lives of so many people with kindness, generosity and most importantly, genuine LOVE. Wendy was survived by her partner: Dane, children: Audrey (Zach), Zoe, Isabel and Eddie, grandchildren: Reese & McKell, parents: Hipolito & Diane and brothers: Jeremy & Benny.
