William Allsworth Post Jr., known as Billy and Bill throughout his life, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on June 19, 1949,

Bill proudly served his country as a Veteran of the Vietnam War, carrying with him a deep sense of patriotism, duty and pride in his service throughout his life.

Bill was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend whose greatest joy was his family. He was a proud and dedicated father who raised his girls to love sports and competition, spending countless hours coaching, encouraging, and cheering them on both on and off the field. No matter how busy life became, he never missed a game, always showing up with unwavering support and pride.

An avid outdoorsman, Bill cherished time spent hunting with his brothers, close friends and nephews, creating traditions and memories that will be treasured for generations. He valued the friendships he built over the years, whether spending time with his lifelong buddies, sharing stories on the golf course, or simply enjoying the company of those he cared about.

Bill and his beloved wife, Percy, shared 54 wonderful years together filled with love, adventure, and companionship. They enjoyed traveling and making memories on camping trips and other adventures together, creating a lifetime of memories side by side.

In his later years, Bill found joy in life’s quieter moments. He loved working on puzzles, watching sports, and spending time with the people he loved, most of al he treasured his time with his wife Percy. During their final years together, the two were inseparable, finding comfort, companionship, and strength in one another each and every day.

Above all, Bill was known for his loyalty, honesty, and integrity. He was a man whose word meant something, who showed up for the people he loved, and whose steady presence made those around him feel safe and supported. The example he set through his kindness, dedication, and unwavering love for his family will continue to live on in all who knew him.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, July 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 300 East 11800 South, Draper, Utah, where visitation will begin one hour prior to the service.  He will be laid to rest at Valley View Cemetery.
