Lori Lea Rogers

Our Loving Lori passed away July 23, 2017 due to natural causes. 

She was born October 30, 1954 in Burlington, VT, too William H. Rogers Jr. and Dorothy Jeane Lett. Lori graduated from Brighton High School in 1973 and attended Salt Lake Community College. She enjoyed working with people and spent much of her employment in  customer service. Her nature was very selfless and she found great joy in helping people and making people happy. Lori was very crafty and enjoyed knitting and beadwork. She made the best homemade chocolates in the entire world which were enjoyed at almost all holidays and family weddings. She loved animals, camping in the outdoors, writing poetry, singing and listening to the Monkees. We will miss her youthful spirit.  

She is survived by a daughter, a brother, sisters, grandchildren who she adored, uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends and extended family who love her dearly.  

A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East , Salt Lake City, where friends may call upon the family one hour prior to the service. Interment to follow at Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 East 4580 South, Salt Lake City.
