Candy Kay Davis

Candy Kay Davis was born December 8, 1987 and following a car accident, she left us suddenly on August 9, 2017 surrounded by family and friends. Candy had a trying year and was preceded in death just a few months ago by her grandfather, Bruce Lennberg; father, Wade Geary; and her mother and best friend, Diane Geary. Candy leaves in her wake a close network of grandparents, Ron and Charlotte Davis, Rela Lennberg, Paulette Brimley and Dave Cunningham, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and her goddaughters, Gracie, Irie and Trinity and her beloved dog Izzie. Candy had so many close friends who shared countless adventures with her like travel, football games, and countless celebrations.

Candy's favorite time of year was FOOTBALL SEASON! She was a Packers fan and loved watching games together with friends. She had many close wonderful friends. She was a guardian. She ‘had your back'. If she didn't approve of a friend's date, the date would know it.  Candy was strong-willed, stubborn and didn't hold anything back. She was honest, loving, caring, generous and full of love to share. She always looked out for her friends, no matter the situation. She made sure you were happy. 

Candy, you are already missed.

A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, August 18, 2017 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City. Guests are encouraged to use the complimentary valet parking on the north side of the building.
