Joseph Dean Fulkerson, born August 31st, 1978, passed away, September 19th, 2017 after a hard fought battle with lung cancer. Survived by his wife, Sarah; daughters Zoey(4) and Raemi(2); parents Ron and Joyce; sisters Annette and Kacey; brothers Toby, Eric, Brian and Trent. 

A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City. Guests are encouraged to use the complimentary valet parking on the north side of the building.
