Jean and Kids,
I am very sorry to hear the news about Ren.
Talk about a good guy.
Our friendship started in Las Vegas at the Western Car Wash Association trade show when fate put our booths across the aisle from one another.
Fortunately, we were on the same circuit together for a number of years.
Las Vegas, San Antonio, Orlando, New Orleans, Atlantic City, Detroit, and Atlanta put up with the 2 of us at our boisterous best!
Always had a great time and always looked forward to it.
Jean, I believe we met in Las Vegas.
I know Ren was very proud of you, the children and extended family and all of his grand-children..
Ren and I once took a ride on the roller coaster at New York New York in Las Vegas.
I think I can remember him telling me he went on the roller coaster at the top of the tower out there as well.
Ren met a bunch of my co-workers and was accepted immediately.
Most recently, we worked in Atlanta at the Poultry Processing Expo when Ren was going through his "Wild Bill HIckock" look alike days when he let his hair on his head and his face grow out.
Ren, Thanks for being my friend.
We will always miss you.

My condolences for his entire family. I had the privilege to be there for Ren's celebration of life and it was exactly what he would have wanted. Ren was a great guy that I personally worked with for over 11 years and now had the privilege to meet his family after all this time.
Ren you were always the life and fun for every job we went on and I will miss you.
To Ren's Family:
We are deeply saddened to learn of Ren's passing. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Ren...there is a huge hole here at work and in our lives.
Frannie and I are better off for having you as a friend, and are heartbroken that you left us so soon.
To Jean, Rachel, Kiera, Jordan, Holli, Laura and your extended family...the condolences we offer will never suffice.
I'll think of Ren every time I go fishing, see a happy dog, and hear a salty joke.
Buddy---Your shoes and horrid socks will be hard to fill.
Cheers to you, our dear friend.

We are so very sorry for your incredible loss. Mark and I met Ren only once, but the memory will forever be a lasting one. He was so full of laughter and always looking for the fun in things. We saw a man who cherrished his daughter (our sister-in-law), Rachel, delighted in joking with his son-in-law, Michael, and was over-flowing with love for the boys, Kian and Miciah. Yes, we were blessed have met ?Grandpa Knucklehead.? Having just a glimpse of Ren was enough to know that his absence will forever be felt. Our love, thoughts and prayers are extended to you all.

It is so hard to find the right words to say. Because you can't stop thinking of the memories to say all that you enjoyed with such a beautiful person. I loved being around Ren, he was closest I got to being back in the 70s when life was grand. He is going to be very missed at Hydro, He definitely helped us all get through the day with a laugh. Condolences to all His family and friends. R.I.P. Ren,

I am so heartbroken, for all of you. and selfishly for myself as well. RJ has been a part of my life for more than 40 years. I always knew if I needed him he would be there. Holli, Laura your family always treated me so kind. and as if I were a part of your family. Ren's kindness to all he knew is something he came by naturally. In part I feel certain because of the two of you. There aren't any words of comfort I could possible give to help easy this loss, but I will forever be thankful for the friendship, love and kindness I was so fortunate to have been given by this wonderful man. Jean, I know how lost you must feel and wish I could ease it for you. Rachel, Kiera, Jordan, my love and thoughts are with you. Your Dad was "one of a kind" I hope each of you will hold tight to each other, and to the knowledge that you were so very loved by your Dad, the 3 of you have always been his world. Even if you were disagreeing. My salvation through this is the thought that RJ is sitting back in his dye tied shirt and funky socks. Telling all of us to "suck it up" he's fine! He's making a new beginning with his beloved baby sister and his pets by his side. All my love always Loralee Hanlen Brady
