I have known My cousin Phill all my life and remember that his kindness was there from the start. His Great Grandmother was my Great Grandmother. Josefita Gallegos. Her son was Phil's  grandfather and brother to my Grandmother Balbina. His mother Stella and My mother Angie were cousins but acted more like sisters. I will miss you Phil and hope to see you again.

My deepest condolences to you guys. My uncle was such a good man and the world definitely won't be the same without him, but heaven got brighter because of him. Rest In Peace Uncle you will be missed.

Phillip was such a generous and loving man, and he brought so much joy to everyone around him. Many don't know the pain he endured because he always wore a smile. Phillip’s legacy will live on through all the great work he did and the lives he inspired. Phillip will be missed by many, and his Chicago family will miss him. Rest in peace!
