In Loving Memory

I am so sorry to hear of Tom's passing away. Growing up, he, along with his cousins, were part of our neighborhood group of friends. I cherish all of the childhood memories.

Tom was a very close childhood friend. Almost all my favorite childhood memories are things I did with Tom.  He took me fishing with his grandpa at their cabin near Strawberry Reservoir and fly fishing on the Provo River.  He taught me how to tie flies.  We would have sleepovers at his grandma’s house, staying up late watching scary movies and eating popcorn. Tom took me to my first concert. He gave me one of my all-time favorite albums.  Tom loved music.  He introduced me to skiing,  in which he was an expert. My mom always told me I was so lucky to have such an amazing  friend.  She was right.  Tom will always be a part of me.

The Papworth family had a big part in my life for many years.  I remember Tommy when he was little.  He was so stinking cute, and so funny.  I am sorry for your loss. It doesn't matter how old your child is when they leave you, they are still your children.  Brent brought Tommy to my house a few years ago.  What an incredible surprise.  Ironically, a friend of mine that knew Tom at the U was here and he remembered her.  I wish you well my friends❤️

I would like the family to know it was my honor to have gotten to know Tom this past 6 months. I took over an assisted living in sandy and he was always looking out for me. He was loved by all in the community and enjoyed everyone's friendship. We are definitely feeling his loss at this time and our prayers are with the family as well.
