Missing my friend, mentor and genuine leader, especially his bright smile and piercing eye stare that brought out the best in anybody fortunate enough to cross paths with him. Blessed by the legacy of his wife Wendy and children that keep his spirit alive through the celebration of his life. Namaste

Wendy, McCall, Kelsey, Jordan -

I am so sad about Reid's passing and the decline he and you all endured these last couple of years.  Reid was a wonderful and thoughtful friend to me and made such a positive impact at the water district.  As I read the obituary, I smiled when I read the reference to his love of playing basketball with co-workers. I enjoyed playing with him almost weekly for over twenty years.  Over the years, I frequently noticed how a person plays basketball often mirrors how they conduct themselves off the court.  While playing basketball Reid certainly did like to hit shots, but I observed he enjoyed assisting a team-mate's success with a great pass as much or more than making the shot himself.  I observed that same characteristic in Reid at work, he was quick to recognize the work of others and impressed upon us the importance of acknowledging others and helping them succeed.

I miss Reid and pray God may bless you with a measure of  solace in your grief from the thoughts and prayers of so many that have been blessed to know Reid.

Take Care,
