Ismael L. Rougle 'Smiles'

Smiles 74, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on January 7, 2021 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was the husband of Nancy Rougle, they shared over 50 years together.

Born in Helena, Montana, he was the son of Louis Rouge and Felina Gurule.

He proudly served in the U.S. Army and later retired from the Utah National Guard.

Smiles is survived by his wife Nancy, son David (Courtney), eight grandchildren, two nephews and several nieces. Preceded in death by his son SSG. Larry Rougle, mother Felina and father Louis.

A viewing for Smiles will be on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City. Graveside services will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, January 13th at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 Camp Williams Road, Bluffdale, Utah.
