Kathleen J. Hitchcock (McFadden), aged 57, passed away in her sleep on October 10, 2021. Kathleen was born June 3, 1964, in Ft. Belvoir, VA, but spent most of her life in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is survived by her husband, David Hitchcock; son, James McFadden; Her sister (Kelly), 3 brothers (Kris, Kevin, and David) and numerous nieces and nephews.
