Deborah Ann Russo Evans

September 2, 1959 - April 7, 2024
In loving memory of Deborah Ann Russo Evans.
Deborah Evans, a beacon of love and compassion, has transitioned from this world, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of selflessness. For 30 years, Deborah dedicated her life as a hospice CNA, touching countless lives with her boundless empathy and kindness. She found fulfillment in caring for her patients, leaving an indelible mark on those she served.
Debbie's love knew no bounds, especially for her eight children: Jaime Russo, Tina Sedillo, Eugene Clark, Ashley Forsland, Kayla Forsland, Anthony Evans, Gina Figueroa, Lee Figueroa, and Michael Evans. Her devotion to her children was unwavering, and her nurturing spirit enriched their lives in countless ways. She exemplified what it means to be a compassionate and loving mother, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and affection that will endure through generations.
Among Debbie's greatest joys were her 18 grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She delighted in their laughter, celebrated their milestones, and showered them with unconditional love.
Deborah's love extended beyond her immediate family to her many great nieces and nephews, including Cory Russo, Joseph Russo, Timothy Scott, Derek Evans, and Lynsie Evans, Nicole Russo whose lives she enriched with her kindness and affection.
Deborah is also survived by her beloved husband, Gene Evans, who stood by her side through life's joys and challenges, sharing a bond of love that will endure beyond this earthly realm. Additionally, she is survived by her sisters, Kristine Russo Teeguarden and Michelle Russo, and her brother Frankie Russo who shared a deep bond with her throughout their lives.
Deborah's love and devotion to her faith were unwavering. As a proud alumni of Judge Memorial Catholic School class of 77, she exemplified the teachings of her Catholic upbringing throughout her life. She carried her rosary with her until her last breath, finding solace and strength in her prayers.
Deborah's presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were touched by her kindness, generosity, and love. May her memory be a source of comfort and strength during this difficult time, and may we carry forward her legacy of compassion and selflessness in our own lives.
Rest in peace, Deborah Evans, knowing that your love will live on forever in the hearts of those who were blessed to know you.
